The evening reception and poster session will provide conference participants the opportunity to view the latest research in agricultural geophysics. All those investigating geophysical technologies potentially employed for agricultural applications are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract. The deadline for poster session abstracts is August 17, 2009. Abstracts are to include a list of all authors and their affiliations. Contact information for the presenter should also be included. Abstract length is 300 words or less. Please view the example abstract. The abstract can be pasted into the text box below or submitted directly as an e-mail attachment to Barry.Allred@ars.usda.gov

A conference proceedings will be published that includes extended abstracts from the poster session. These extended abstracts (four to six pages) need to be submitted by October 15, 2009 for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Information on extended abstract format will be provided later.

The abstract submission fee is $25.00 (USD). This fee covers rental and set-up of the poster displays. Please make checks payable to “Bouyoucos Ag Geophysics Conference”. Send abstract submission fee checks to the address provided below by August 17, 2009.
